 一.用途及特點

 三.工作原理:

    1.原理(li)說明:

儀(yi)器(qi)分為(wei)主回(hui)路(lu)(lu)和輔(fu)回(hui)路(lu)(lu)兩個回(hui)路(lu)(lu),主回(hui)路(lu)(lu)采(cai)(cai)用大旋鈕調節,輔(fu)回(hui)路(lu)(lu)采(cai)(cai)用小旋鈕調節,主回(hui)路(lu)(lu)通(tong)過(guo)面板上“輸出(chu)選擇”按(an)鍵(jian)開關(guan)控制(zhi)(zhi)其輸出(chu)的(de)各種量,并且每切(qie)換(huan)一種輸出(chu)的(de)同時,儀(yi)器(qi)上的(de)數字電壓/電流表可自動(dong)監(jian)視其輸出(chu)值。輔(fu)回(hui)路(lu)(lu)通(tong)過(guo)輸出(chu)開關(guan)控制(zhi)(zhi)直接調節輸出(chu),測量可外(wai)附萬用表測量。

    2.主回路(lu)原理:

輸(shu)(shu)入(ru)(ru)的AC220V電(dian)(dian)(dian)源經保險通過(guo)輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)控制繼電(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)(qi)K1進入(ru)(ru)雙碳刷調(diao)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)T1輸(shu)(shu)入(ru)(ru)端,通過(guo)T1大旋鈕調(diao)節的電(dian)(dian)(dian)量進入(ru)(ru)隔離(li)變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)T2(兼升流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)器(qi)(qi)(qi)),升流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)器(qi)(qi)(qi)分三個(ge)抽(chou)(chou)頭(tou)輸(shu)(shu)出(chu),一(yi)(yi)個(ge)抽(chou)(chou)頭(tou)為(wei)(wei)AC0~250V輸(shu)(shu)出(chu),額定電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)為(wei)(wei)3A;該抽(chou)(chou)頭(tou)輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)經整流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)濾波后(hou)可輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)0~350V直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya);第(di)二個(ge)抽(chou)(chou)為(wei)(wei)15V(10A),該抽(chou)(chou)頭(tou)一(yi)(yi)路(lu)經傳感(gan)器(qi)(qi)(qi)通過(guo)繼電(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)(qi)控制輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)0~10A交流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu),一(yi)(yi)路(lu)經電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)0~500mA交流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu),一(yi)(yi)路(lu)經繼電(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)(qi)轉換可輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)0~10A或0~500mA直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu);第(di)二個(ge)抽(chou)(chou)頭(tou)為(wei)(wei)10V(100A)大電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)端,該抽(chou)(chou)頭(tou)穿過(guo)傳感(gan)器(qi)(qi)(qi)一(yi)(yi)次側直(zhi)接(jie)輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)100A電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu),該回路(lu)帶負載(zai)能力較強,但(dan)輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)稍有過(guo)載(zai),不能長時間處于大電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)狀態下。

    3.輔(fu)回(hui)路(lu):

與主(zhu)回(hui)路一樣,AC220V電源經(jing)保(bao)險進入雙碳刷(shua)調(diao)壓(ya)器(qi)T1小旋鈕(niu)調(diao)節的電壓(ya)量,通過隔離變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)T4可直(zhi)接調(diao)節輸出(chu)0~20V或0~250V交流電壓(ya)或0~350V直(zhi)流電壓(ya),此(ci)回(hui)路額定(ding)電流為1A。按下輔回(hui)路“輸出(chu)控制”開關,調(diao)節小旋鈕(niu)即(ji)可輸出(chu)。

   4.測量回(hui)路(lu):

由(you)大旋(xuan)鈕調節的主回路輸出量(liang)交流“0~250V”﹑“0~500mA”﹑“0~10A”﹑“0~100A”,直(zhi)流“0~350V”﹑“0~500mA”﹑“0~10A”通過設備內(nei)線路板上繼電器轉換,每切換一個檔(dang)(dang),便可監視所對應(ying)的輸出量(liang)。其中“0~500mA”檔(dang)(dang)包括在“0~10A”檔(dang)(dang)中。使用(yong)時,在“0~10A”兩(liang)下即(ji)是“0~500mA”監視。

    5.時間測量(liang):

設備內置6位數顯秒(miao)表,電(dian)秒(miao)表可(ke)內部(bu)啟(qi)動(dong)(dong),也可(ke)外部(bu)啟(qi)動(dong)(dong)。內部(bu)啟(qi)動(dong)(dong)時,按下(xia)“輸出控制”開關,即可(ke)啟(qi)動(dong)(dong)秒(miao)表,通(tong)過接點短接設備面板上停表端子(zi)即可(ke)停止秒(miao)表。秒(miao)表單(dan)獨設有電(dian)源(yuan)開關,不用時可(ke)將秒(miao)表關掉。

    6.聲(sheng)光提示電(dian):

路設備內置聲光提示(shi)電路,在被測斷電器接(jie)點(dian)動作時(shi)4可將接(jie)點(dian)接(jie)入(ru)試驗箱(xiang)聲光提示(shi)插孔(kong),試驗箱(xiang)內發(fa)出(chu)報警聲或(huo)發(fa)光,提示(shi)斷電器接(jie)點(dian)動作情況。

 四、使(shi)用方法

1. 使用前的檢查或準備:

儀器(qi)使用(yong)前應(ying)(ying)先進行外觀檢查,并將三芯電源(yuan)線接地端可靠接地,然后儀器(qi)試通電,此時(shi)兩表(biao)頭應(ying)(ying)為亮態,試開(kai)秒表(biao)電源(yuan)開(kai)關(guan),秒表(biao)開(kai)關(guan)應(ying)(ying)正常。用(yong)手觸按“輸(shu)出選擇(ze)”按鈕開(kai)關(guan),輸(shu)出狀態指示燈應(ying)(ying)自左(zuo)向右選擇(ze)正常。

2.主回路電壓輸出操(cao)作:

將輸(shu)(shu)出狀(zhuang)態選擇在“AC0~250V”檔,按下試驗箱右下角主回路“輸(shu)(shu)出控制(zhi)開關”,緩慢調節(jie)調壓器大旋(xuan)鈕,此時電壓/電流表應有(you)“0~250V”交流電壓顯(xian)示(shi)。要輸(shu)(shu)出“DC0~350V”,將輸(shu)(shu)出狀(zhuang)態選擇在“DC0~350V”檔,調節(jie)方法同上(shang)。

   3.主回路電流輸出操作:

將輸出(chu)狀態選擇在“AC0~10A”檔,按下主(zhu)回路“輸出(chu)控(kong)制開關”緩慢調節壓器大旋鈕,此時,電壓/電流(liu)表應有“0~10A”電流(liu)顯示,其他電流(liu)調節類同此方法。

    4.輔(fu)回路輸(shu)出操(cao)作(zuo):

按下輔(fu)(fu)回路(lu)“輸出控制”開關,緩慢調節小旋鈕,在(zai)輔(fu)(fu)回路(lu)輸出端子(zi)上即有(you)AC“0~20V”、“0~250V”、DC“0~350V”輸出,此輸出不(bu)在(zai)電(dian)壓/電(dian)流表(biao)上監視。

    5.使用方法(fa)舉例:

    5.1電壓(ya)繼電器吸(xi)合及釋放試驗(yan)

先將儀器(qi)處(chu)于(yu)準備(bei)狀態,被試繼(ji)(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)線圈接至(zhi)對應電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)輸出端子上(shang),按下“輸出控制”開關,緩慢(man)調節大旋鈕,使(shi)輸出電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)平穩上(shang)升,至(zhi)繼(ji)(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)吸合時,記(ji)錄(lu)吸合電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya),再反(fan)方(fang)向調節大旋鈕,至(zhi)繼(ji)(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)釋放(fang),記(ji)錄(lu)下釋放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya),據(ju)此可算出被試繼(ji)(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)返回系數。如被試繼(ji)(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)為過電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)繼(ji)(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi),則反(fan)方(fang)向進行。

    5.2電(dian)流繼電(dian)器(qi)整定值試驗

將被試繼(ji)電(dian)器(qi)(qi)從(cong)線路上(shang)解(jie)除,接至本儀器(qi)(qi)電(dian)流輸出(chu)端(duan)子上(shang),選(xuan)擇(ze)合適(shi)的輸出(chu)電(dian)流檔,比如(ru)“0~10A”或“0~100A”檔,按下“輸出(chu)控(kong)制”開關(guan),緩慢調節大(da)旋鈕至繼(ji)電(dian)器(qi)(qi)動作,觀察電(dian)壓/電(dian)流表(biao)數(shu)值,判斷繼(ji)電(dian)器(qi)(qi)動作情況。

    5.3時(shi)間繼電器延時(shi)時(shi)間的測定

將被(bei)試繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)器(qi)接(jie)至輸(shu)出端(duan)子上(根據繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)器(qi)要求確定(ding)工(gong)作(zuo)電(dian)(dian)壓為(wei)交流或直流),調至額(e)(e)定(ding)動作(zuo)值,停電(dian)(dian)復(fu)原。秒表(biao)(biao)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)應接(jie)通(tong)電(dian)(dian)源并清零,被(bei)試繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)器(qi)延(yan)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)動合(he)觸點接(jie)至停表(biao)(biao)端(duan)子上,按下(xia)“輸(shu)出控制”開(kai)關(guan),繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)器(qi)線圈得到(dao)額(e)(e)定(ding)工(gong)作(zuo)電(dian)(dian)壓,并同時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)啟動秒表(biao)(biao),待(dai)延(yan)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)間過后(hou),秒表(biao)(biao)計數停止,此(ci)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)秒表(biao)(biao)所顯(xian)數字即(ji)為(wei)該時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)間繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)器(qi)的(de)延(yan)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)閉合(he)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)間,若要測(ce)延(yan)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)釋放時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)則原理(li)同前,實際接(jie)線反(fan)之(zhi)。

    5.4中(zhong)間(jian)繼電器試驗(帶保持線圈)

確定(ding)被試(shi)繼(ji)(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器為(wei)何(he)種(zhong)動(dong)作形(xing)式(shi)(電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)或電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)動(dong)作),何(he)種(zhong)保持(chi)形(xing)式(shi)(電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)或電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)保持(chi))。以電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)動(dong)作電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)保持(chi)為(wei)例(直(zhi)流(liu)繼(ji)(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器),選(xuan)擇好直(zhi)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)輸出檔(dang)(0~500mA或0~10A),按下“輸出控制”開關(guan),緩慢調節大旋鈕至繼(ji)(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器動(dong)作,記下動(dong)作電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu),再把(ba)輔回路輸出接至繼(ji)(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器保持(chi)線圈端,緩慢調節小旋鈕至繼(ji)(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器額(e)定(ding)值,記下保持(chi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)值,根據動(dong)作或保持(chi)情(qing)況,判定(ding)繼(ji)(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器的好壞(huai)。

總之,只(zhi)要掌握了(le)本(ben)儀(yi)器各種輸出量和(he)測(ce)量儀(yi)表的轉換關系,可根據(ju)被(bei)試繼電器具體情況,舉一反三,靈活運用,在此不(bu)一一例舉。

五、注意事項:

1. 通電前(qian),各輸出端(duan)子不應(ying)(ying)接有負(fu)載,調壓器復零位(wei),“輸出控(kong)制”開關應(ying)(ying)在(zai)關斷位(wei)置(zhi)。

2. 電壓輸(shu)出端子不可帶(dai)低阻(zu)負(fu)載,以免過(guo)流導(dao)致發熱。

3. 輔回(hui)(hui)路(lu)和主回(hui)(hui)路(lu)每(mei)次只能輸(shu)出其中(zhong)的一種(zhong)量。

4. 輔回路和主回路同時輸(shu)出時,應選擇主回路輸(shu)出電流。

5. 貯存、運輸使用(yong)過程中,應(ying)注意防震、防潮、避免劇烈沖
